At One With The Bells

At One With The Bells is a CD produced byPecsaetan Morris

Pecsaetan is a women’s Cotswold side based in Sheffield. Formed in 2001, this CD is a celebration of their first 10 years. It features recordings of some of their dances, some traditional songs they sing and a sample of what some of their dancers get up to when they take their bells off.

Dai Jeffries; FULL REVIEW

“The playing and singing is exuberant and feelgood throughout, and the tracks are intelligently sequenced making this a seriously appealing sampler: … what better celebration can you have?”

Stirrings Magazine;

 “Buy it because it’s a cracking set of Tunes and Songs”

“The varied tracks on offer include live recordings of five dances, very much in the tradition of the 1972 Morris On album… The wonderful harmony singing is full and robust”

English Dance and Song Magazine;

 “The talent and excitement of Pecsaetan Morris bursts out of this CD at every hearing. Morris dance music at its very best and a lot more besides.”
